Deal Makers Forum

MAREIA proudly presents the Deal Makers Forum for MAREIA members and attendees.

The Forum is an event where buyers, sellers, lenders, and other deal partners meet to make real estate investor deals happen. Because of popular demand, we are scheduling these sessions in addition to our regularly scheduled monthly meetings.

Here’s how it works:

Bring your properties or the details of your real estate deal to the Deal Makers Forum (DMF). In small groups with an experienced moderator, we will brainstorm and network together to try to make your deal happen. For example, if you have a property to wholesale and you’d like to find a buyer or other business partner, the DMF will analyze the deal and to find your best “exit strategy.” Or, you might be a contractor who is ready to provide estimates on repair work for a deal that is discussed.

Check out the Deal Makers Forum Data Sheet. If you have a deal, complete the details of your deal on the data sheet and bring it to a DMF session.

Investors: Use the data sheet provided tonight to outline your deal for the moderator
Contractors: Be prepared to offer repair estimates and your services for possible deals
Lenders: Be prepared to customize a financing solution for a deal that is presented
Business Partners: Be ready to offer your services as a part of any one of the projects presented
Fellow Investors: See if there is a deal you would like to participate in, purchase an assignment, partner on a deal, provide consultation.

"Getting Started Sessions" & "Deal Makers Forum Sessions"

The sessions, held in the same room on the same night, offer a level 101 & level 201 orientation to investing in real estate.

The "Getting Started" part of the room helps new investors with, well, getting started in real estate investing. Your questions will be answered by experienced real estate investors.

The Deal Makers Forum part of the room is a market place where buyers, sellers, lenders, and other deal partners meet to make real estate investor deals happen. In this part of the room, the participants are working on more advanced deals.

This event is open to all members and non-members.

Date: Every Third Monday of Every Month
Time: 6:30pm to 10:00pm

Entrance fee: FREE for MAREIA members
$10 per person for non-members
