Tiffany A. Devonshire has been a licensed Maryland attorney for over a decade. Ms. Devonshire owns several real estate investment companies with partners, primarily focused on rehabilitating Maryland houses, leveraging the profits from those endeavors to positively affect the affordable housing crisis in Maryland by creating safe, affordable housing for Maryland residents. Ms. Devonshire obtained her Maryland real estate broker’s license in May 2018 and created Rock Blue Homes, LLC. Rock Blue’s property management division manages approximately 200 rental properties in Maryland.
