Courtney Katunick, LTP, is the Division President for Stewart Title’s Mid-Atlantic market, overseeing strategy, production, and client experience for residential and commercial transactions across the region. A licensed title producer, Courtney blends front-of-house relationship building with back-office precision—aligning sales, processing, and closing teams to deliver consistently clean, on-time settlements with white-glove service.

Her background spans over 20 years of escrow, title examinations, and complex deal coordination, giving her a 360-degree view of what it takes to guide clients from contract to keys.

Colleagues and partners often point to her responsiveness and accountability—qualities that underpin her “people-first” leadership style. Courtney is also an advocate for professional education in the industry and frequently collaborates with real estate teams and Investors to demystify title, wire safety, and closing logistics, among other topics. Whether she’s coaching a new Investor through their first transaction or coordinating a multi-party commercial closing, her goal is the same: fewer surprises, faster answers, and a smooth path to the settlement table.
