For rental loans, we can lend up to 80% of value on a straight purchase, no cash-out refi. Cash-out refinances can receive up to 75% of the value. Ground up loans can receive up to 75% of land purchase and up to 100%  of the build cost total. Loan may not exceed ABV of 65%. We have a zero minimum to 5 Million for rehab and rental loans.

Our minimum FICO for both rehab and long term rental loans are 620.
