Fred is Broker owner of 212 Mortgage Group- a Residential Mortgage Brokerage and Grand Gate Capital- a Commercial Mortgage Brokerage.
He is a 1995 Graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Finance with a minor in Marketing.
His extensive mortgage background spans 26 years of Management Positions with companies such as: MetLife, Salomon Brothers Smith Barney, First Union National Bank and a Mortgage subsidiary of Wells Fargo.
In 2007 he Launched 212 Mortgage Group, Inc. to implement custom tailored mortgage solutions to fit the needs of his clients.
The Philosophy is Simple. Make people a Part of the Mortgage Process instead of Subject to it.
He has assisted Thousands of clients with their purchases and refinances over the past 2 decades….totaling over $1.3 Billion In Loan Production
In 2009 he Launched Grand Gate Capital to serve the needs of bis Business and Commercial clients.
Fred has been married for 20 years and has 3 children; Daniella, Matthew and Giulian. Originally from Westchester County, NY, he has resided in Harford County Maryland since 2005. Fred is also a Founding Board Member of the Society of Italian American Businessmen and the Membership Chairman of the Associated Italian American Charities.
He enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and coached both of his sons flag football teams. He is also fluent in Italian and Spanish and tries to travel to Europe every few years.
