The July Passive Income Discussion Group will feature John Bishop of Invicta Group.

John’s company specializes in showing investors a little-known way they can sell properties via a 1031 exchange and not have to buy a new property. But they can still get a steady cash flow without the headaches and hassles of being landlords.

This is great for investors who have bought a lot of rentals and want to retire. They are done owning rentals, but still want cash flow. And they don’t want to pay a lot of taxes (who does?).

So, if you’re not ready to retire or don’t have a huge portfolio why should you care about what John has to show you?

Here’s why. . .

Imagine finding a deal from an investor ready to retire and sell off a portfolio of cash flow properties. But the taxes on all the gains are a deal killer.  With the knowledge of this new investment tool, you can buy (or wholesale) the portfolio and solve the seller’s problem.

Remember that the more tools you have in your investor toolkit, the more deals you can do.
