Tanya Brown is a local investor who invests in notes andwork with banks and credit unions to move their distressed assets. She has been a real estate investor for about 10 years with a few rental properties. A little over 2 years ago, Tanya moved over to the note space.

Tanya works with multiple local and regional banks and credit unions to move distressed and performing assets they need to move off of their books. Her focus is on performing and non-performing first position residential and commercial loans. She has a network of buyers and JV partners who work with Tanya to invest their funds and maximize their returns.
