Rich Montoni

 Rich is a professional real estate investor based in the Baltimore-metro area and is a managing partner at Montoni Properties LLC. He started investing in real estate in 2013 after purchasing his first townhouse which later became his first rental property. After deciding to further pursue his passion for real estate investing, Rich formed Montoni Properties LLC in 2019. Montoni Properties LLC is focused on providing quality housing to individuals, families, and corporations while cultivating strong, positive relationships. Purchasing both on- and off-market deals, he has refined several different investment strategies including flix and flip, buy and hold, value-add, and renovate to rent. Rich currently owns and manages 15 units in Baltimore and has completed over 10 full renovations since 2019. Prior to becoming a full-time, professional real estate investor, Rich spent 10 years in Financial Services working for a Global Asset Manager. Rich was born and raised in Baltimore County, where he currently resides with his wife and two Bernese Mountain Dogs. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College. During his free time, he can usually be found restoring and building road race cars or on the ski slopes

Kathy Corley


A native of Prince George's Co, Maryland. Leaving the field of Special Education six years ago to invest full time Kathy with her mom and business partner, Karen run Joyful Living, LLC. They are active at land lording, rehabbing, and wholesaling in the D.C. and Baltimore. In 2020 they have added successful virtual rehabbing to their business model. Kathy earned her Maryland Real Estate License three years ago. Kathy and Karen have rehabbed up the 95 corridor from Prince Georges and Montgomery Co to Baltimore city and Co using varied strategies for acquisition and funding. Joyful Living DMV has a YouTube channel as well as active fb, Instagram pages. Moving forward they are looking forward to working with new partners and learning more complex strategies of investing.

Glinda Jackson


Owner of Jackson Management Group (Maryland Home Remodel). A licensed, insured, and bonded home improvement contracting company serving Maryland, Glinda got her start in construction 20 years ago working alongside a minority certified general contracting firm on multimillion-dollar projects in the Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia metropolitan areas. In her role as a compliance project manager for the MGM Casino at National Harbor, she managed over $300 Million in diversity contracts.

Although Glinda represents more than two decades of experience on her own, she has assembled a team of skilled and seasoned industry of professionals who embrace the corporate culture of uncompromised customer service, quality craftsmanship, and community involvement. Today, company clients run the gamut of real estate investors, homeowners, prominent general contractors, and developers.

Her philanthropy includes serving the NAACP Baltimore Chapter, National Association of Women in Construction; Camp NAWIC, and receiving an award from Associated Black Charities for community engagement.
